Microwave combustion synthesis method to prepare indium tin oxide NPS for sensor

Indium tin oxide was prepared by using Microwave synthesis technique and it was characterised by using X ray diffractometers UV Vis spectrometer and photoluminescence spectrometer the as prepared samples were directly annealed for ordm C and then characterised Morphological studies were analysed by using Transmission Electron Microscopy and Selective area diffraction pattern The crystal sizes were calculated and it ranges from to nm The band gap values were calculated and it ranges from to eV The photoluminescence emission started from nm and its excitation values were nearly its near band edge emission at nm
